Drawing inspiration from the sun-drenched beaches and adrenaline-fueled skate parks of Los Angeles, as well as the technological aesthetic of the early Apollo program, Townsley has crafted a masterful composition that reimagines the role of the mandolin in contemporary music.

Integrating energizing samples from the historic Apollo 9 mission and a rhythmic bass pad ripped from a bargain-bin 45 containing the 1960 hit "Forever" by The Little Dippers - "Cool Bool" seamlessly intertwines the past, present, and future. Townsley's own original collage artwork, gracing the cover of this track, pays tribute to The Little Dippers and their enduring influence on popular music.
